Taking PU materials as an example, a new type of PU with unique properties has been developed through molecular structure optimization. Its wear resistance is 10% higher than that of traditional PU. In the application of chairs in high-traffic places such as airports, after more than 100,000 uses, the degree of surface wear is far lower than the industry average. In terms of laboratory chairs, for chemical experimental environments, PU materials with super chemical corrosion resistance have been developed, which can effectively resist the erosion of various chemical substances such as alcohol, hydrochloric acid, and detergents, ensuring the service life of the chairs in complex chemical environments.

Adhering to the concept of green development, we actively explore the application of sustainable materials in chair production. We have successfully combined recycled plastics with natural fibers to develop environmentally friendly seat materials. This material not only has good mechanical properties, but also reduces energy consumption by 2% and carbon dioxide emissions by 0.5% during the production process. At present, this material has been used in some waiting chair products, contributing to the sustainable development of the industry.
